Brief: What is behind the tv commercial that has soldiers, anthemic music and CGI effects? What is behind the beautiful picture of a kid in gravity? What is behind the typography that transforms into a drawing? What is behind the obedient chicken that you can control? What is behind the creative mind? Interviews in trade magazines and blogs may try to explore and explain the creative mind, but sometimes questions and answers don't illustrate the big picture because they are performed in a very serious and political way. Client: The Conquistadors Collective

Goal: As a a thank you to all the clients, agencies, freelancers and others they've worked with, during a year spent travelling the world and setting up shops in New York and Sydney, The Conquistadors Collective have created individual t-shirts made up of words from the emails in their inboxes. Their site, Emailtshirts, showcases the shirts, more than 70 of which were sent out as Christmas gifts to the people from whom the emails originally came. Source: Creativity Online

Skandia Mexico

Client: Young & Rubicam Brands

Goal: To develop a website for the "Fernando Salado" campaign for the client Skandia, Mexico branch. The users registered to give advice to Fernando and rate other advices. The site has Facebook Connect to allow full integration with their newsfeed and to gather personal information. It is also integrated with SalesForce.

Fox Digital Day FB App

Client: Fox Channels Colombia

Goal: To develop a Facebook App that integrates the user's Facebook credentials into an RFID card. Using hardware modules called "Like Machines", the users had Fox's content posted into their Facebook timelines just by swapping the cards into the modules. Virality metrics (likes and comments) for the posted contents are recorded and delivered in a report at the end of each event.

Results:

  • Over 10 events held in Guayaquil (Ecuador), Cali and Bogotá.
French Film Festival

Client: French Embassy

Goal: To develop a portal with customizable front-end and CMS, for the French Film Festival.

Results:

  • 13.000 unique visitors on the first month.
  • 7 minutes average time.
  • 36 different countries/regions visited the website.
Club Concorde

Client: Club Concorde / French Embassy

Goal: To develop an information system to control subscriptions to the Club Concorde, which gathers french-speaking people in Colombia. It includes a custom-made CMS for the website's contents and the subscriptions information system, bulk mail module and Newsletter module.

Results:

  • Over 400.000 messages succesfully delivered.
  • Over 600 new subscriptions.
Voices of Solidarity FB App

Client: Fox Channels Colombia

Goal: To develop a Facebook App that allows the users to contribute with one brick for building a school for the less fortunate, by either buying tickets to the Voices of Solidarity concert, donating their Facebook Status or sending an SMS. The online tickets purchase whas handled completely within the Facebook interface, with a custom development and a local payment gateway. As more people donated, an illustration of the school was displayed, allowing each contributor to see exactly which brick they donated, and the information of other contributors.

We are Hosts FB App

Client: Fox Channels Colombia

Goal: To develop a Facebook App for Coca-Cola's Sub 20 Soccer World Cup campaign. Using this app, the users were able to put their digital signature on the website and later on a giant flag that would also tour around the country. The signatures where put by means of Facebook status updates and Tweets using the hashtag #somosanfitriones, and a giant digital flag was displayed on the site, made with the profile pictures of the users.

The AXE Effect FB App

Client: Mass Digital

Goal: To develop a Facebook App that would allow location-specific content delivery within the brand's Fan Page for the region. The users would be presented with different campaigns depending on their geographic location. Development of the "Yo mojo camiseta por" app that allowed user-generated content to be published on Facebook.

The Power of Music

Client: Young & Rubicam Brands

Goal: To develop a website integrated with Facebook Connect, what would allow the users to donate their Facebook Status. With each donation, a Cello encased in a waterproof container at the bottom of the sea, would rise a few inches. Once the Cello surfaced, it was donated to Lorena Correa, a 10 year-old Cello player from the poor neighborgs of Cartagena. She played live at the opening of the festival, using the instrument.

Nivea Ecuador

Client: Smart Inc.

Goal: To develop a website on which people who purchased Nivea brand products in Ecuador could redeem codes printed on their receipts. The users redeemed their codes for tickets for Marc Anthony's Concert celebrating Nivea's 100th anniversary. The web site was integrated with the POS system in different stores in Ecuador to provide real-time updates.

LG Optimus One

Client: Young & Rubicam Brands

Goal: To develop a website for the product LG's Optimus One. It has a 360 degrees view of the product and an online simulator of the main features of the Android© operating system, as well as a list of the Top Apps aimed at this device from the Android© Market. The site has a trivia contest divided by categories (Entertainment, Culture and Technology). The users were able to answer one question per day. The score of each contestant is calculated from both the correctness of the answer and the time spent on answering it.

Brief: To develop a Portal with custom CMS and added modules for greater user interaction, for the publication Palabra Maestra, Fundación Compartir.

Goal: To develop a Facebook App that allowed users to share their own recipees, and rate other users' recipees. The recipees with the most likes were entitled to a prize.

Forum: Cities and Spaces

Client: Smart Inc.

Goal: To develop a minisite with information concerning the International Forum: Cities and Substainable Spaces, held by Camacol. The portal allowed users to find out relevant information regarding the event, its scheduled conferences, the lecturer's CVs, online registration and payment. It also has a reports module that allows the owner to check on purchases and registrations in real-time.

Results:

TIGO try me! Chip

Client: Mass Digital

Goal: To develop a website on which the registered users would be able to fulfill a set of challenges, divided into phases trough the duration of the campaign. The challenges included adding minutes to prepaid phones and sending SMS among others. TIGO is one of the main mobile companies in Colombia. The system was integrated with TIGO's entire data system to provide real-time updates. In order to participate, users had to claim a free SIM card that included a prepaid mobile line.

Tigo Works

Client: Mass Digital

Goal: To develop a website that supports an ATL campaign that intends to show the users of the mobile network TIGO its quality and coverage, by including the campaign's ads and audio/video/image testimonies from the users, using Gelocation. The videos and images were uploaded to the website using a custom CMS, while the audio came from a system that retrieved the voice messages left to a specific mobile line.

Goal: To develop Juan Valdez Cafe© brand site. The site's content is manageable by means of a custom developed CMS that includes a product catalog, Familia CRM system and Geolocation module among others.

Boston Cambiacódigos

Goal: To develop a portal on which buyers of Boston Cigarretes could enter codes from the product's package, and trade them for instant awards, online auctions, ticket purchase for sweepstakes and downloadable content. The website allows the client to update all its sections. Also, has a custom developed Call Center data solution so that the customers can participate over the phone.

Goal: To develop Frito Lay's Cheetos© local brand site. The site is updateable by means of a custom CMS. Some of the campaigns launched on the site include a trivia contest for Christmas and an augmented reality contest for Halloween, using a pattern included on the product's packaging. The site's look-and-feel would be customized depending on the current holiday.

Goal: To develop a custom-made, multi-site CMS using the .NET/SQL framework for the websites of Corona, Professionals, Masters, Tableware, Institutional, Grival, GAMMA, Hipercentro and Corona Verde. Some of the included modules were: Content/Product Cross-selling, Products Catalog, News, Google Maps API integration, Publications, Miltimedia, Multi-site catalog and mobile version.

Results:

Beer's Month

Goal: To develop a Portal with custom-made CMS that celebrates The Beer's Month, allowing the users to register and upload images and videos. It has an interactive map that allowed to view the contributions made per-city, a parties calendar and Google Mas API integration to pinpoint the concerts scheduled and filtered by date and city.

It has a custom-made CMS that allows adding multimedia contents, user registration, comments/ratings for contents, user-submitted content, Geolocation services using Google Maps API with the capability of including over 10 different locations per project, People, Companies and Foundations directory, module for creating and sending the newsletter based on the website's contents, News module, Documents repository, Events calendar integrated with Google Calendar and Glossary among other modules.

Libro Vivo

Client: Mass Digital

Goal: To develop a highly-interactive, user-driven collaborative portal on which the users can create contents using the cadavre exquis methodology. The stories resulting from this portal could be commented/rated by the users, and has didactic contents aimed at prospect writers. The stories gathered were included in a book.

  • A book was published, containing user-submitted stories and illustrations
